Grade II listed Georgian House and adjoining Annexe located in Beaminster enjoying a full period refurbishment

Watertite Heating Ltd were appointed to undertake the Mechanical & Plumbing Services installations associated with the restoration and conversion of this Georgian Property back to Private Residential Use.

Watertite were appointed at an early stage to assist with the sympathetic design of completely new services whilst maintaining the character and feature of the building.

We worked under direct contract to the private client, but alongside the specialist repair and conservation contractor.

This impressive building has uniquely been retro-fitted with underfloor heating throughout with all BMS zoning controls. The heat source is traditional gas-fired condensing boilers supplemented by solar panels acting as a pre-heat.

New incoming services were laid by Watertite serving cold-water storage tank and cold-water booster set ultimately offering pressurised hot and cold water services throughout the building and its many bathrooms.

Watertite installed (client supplied) bespoke sanitary items, as well as modifications/adaptions to the original cast-iron rainwater and guttering systems.
