    Against a very tight timescale, Watertite have supplied and installed new mechanical services for a Category A fit out at One Cathedral Square in Bristol. The property consists of 55,000 square feet of office space, spread across 4 floor plates, a central atrium, and 4 basement levels of below ground car parking. The location of the building is set immediately between Bristol Cathedral and The Royal Marriott Hotel, on Bristol’s College Green. The services consisted of 160 DX fan coil units, associated roof mounted DX condenser plant, AHU Ventilation Systems, Smoke Extract Systems, Local Ventilation Systems, a full BMS Control System, a boosted cold water system, local stored hot water cylinders, above ground drainage and sanitary ware in core WC and changing areas.
