Education

Watertite has a thorough understanding of the infrastructure and building services required by educational institutions in the sector. From installations on new-build school premises to providing complete mechanical services on existing sites, the Watertite team are versed in requirements of not only the project in hand but code of conduct too.

Every Watertite engineer and staff member undergoes thorough DBS checks. We collaborate closely with clients to schedule our work according to their requirements and timelines, including out-of-hours and holiday periods if needed, to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget.

One of our longest projects to date was the supply and install of our complete mechanical services package for the Exeter House SEN School in Salisbury. Over 13 months our team implemented a plant room, commercial plumbing and heating distribution network CHP unit, AHU ventilation systems, BMS controls, UFH, a rainwater harvesting system, above ground drainage sanitaryware and air conditioning systems.

On the other end of the scale, Dorset County Council enlisted Watertite to supply and install new mechanical services for a new build primary school on a green field site in a rural location in Dorset. This project spanned 6 months.

After our installations, a significant number of our clients choose to continue their partnership with Watertite by entrusting us with the maintenance of their facilities. CPS takes pride in being viewed by our clients as the ideal choice for providing ongoing maintenance for their mechanical services post-installation.
